FAQs

Most infusions take about 40 minutes, but length does vary from person to person.  However, plan on an hour for your appointment, as it includes filling out paperwork and taking vital signs.  If you are receiving more than a simple infusion (eg. a secondary infusion, or any IV push medications following your infusion) it may take longer than an hour.

You’ll be seated in our comfortable infusion lounge.  You have many options as to how you can spend your time.  You can lean your head back in our cozy chairs and rest your eyes, you can read your book, look at your phone or even watch a show/movie (headphones requested), or browse our magazines.

You can read the descriptions of the infusions on our website.  If you are still not sure which is right for you, Jessica is happy to have a discussion with you when you arrive about your symptoms/goals for therapy.  If you think you’d like to have a custom infusion made, remember to call Jessica at least two days prior to your appointment, so that she has time to prepare an appropriate mix.

If you’d like NAD+ in any form, please contact Jessica several days in advance so she may order it.

As insurances generally do not cover IV vitamin therapy, we do not accept/bill insurances.  However, you may be able to use the pre-tax dollars from your HSA or FSA to pay for these services.  Check with your insurance company prior to your appointment.

The injectable vitamins and nutrients administered by our company are purchased only from FDA approved and regulated 503(a) and 503(b) compounding pharmacies.

Benefits of an infusion will start almost immediately.  The effects can last several days to several weeks, depending on many factors, including how depleted of hydration and nutrients the client is prior to infusion.  The more infusions one gets, the longer the benefits of each subsequent infusion will last.

This is highly dependent upon your individualized goals and/or symptoms.  Generally, it is recommended to have an infusion every 4-6 weeks.  However, some clients enter a maintenance phase after a few infusions and can go several months in between.  Others enjoy having an infusion every 2 weeks to maximize wellness.  Certain infusions specify a frequency in their description to maximize their intended effect.
